HCG Diet Protocol
Phase 1: Optional. It is highly recommended to do a whole body cleanse (liver, gall bladder, kidneys and colon) before beginning this diet. Other cleanses suggested are heavy metal cleanse and candida cleanse.
Phase 2: The HCG product and the Diet Protocol as follows:
Drink lots of water (at least 2 liters)
First 2 days on the HCG product (follow bottle directions) eat as much of high calorie, high fat food as you want.
Take HCG drops for 40 days, then no drops for the last three days, but continue to diet until all HCG is flushed from your system until you reach day 43.
Breakfast: (beginning on day 3 of taking the HCG product)
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk is allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.
1.100-125 grams (3.5 oz.) of meat for example: BEEF, CHICKEN BREAST, TURKEY, FRESH WHITE FISH, LOBSTER, CRAB, OR SHRIMP**.
2. VEGETABLE: choose one of the following- spinach, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions (all kinds), chicory, beet-greens, red radishes, cucumbers or chard. (or you may chose 3 of these in salad with vinegar base dressing…not oil)
3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.
4. An APPLE or a handful (6-9) of STRAWBERRIES or one-half GRAPEFRUIT, ORANGE * (you may have your fruit with your breakfast or as a snack) you get 2 a day and can eat them when you want to.
The same choices as lunch.
Tea, Coffee, plain water or mineral water are the allowed and they may be taken in any quantity and at all times. The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt (minimal), pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc., may be used for seasoning. But NO OIL, BUTTER or DRESSING.
Phase 3: After the 40 + 3 days you are on the HCG Diet and product you will begin what is referred to as the RESET Diet. This phase will assist in resetting your metabolism to burn your food properly without adding pounds. You must adhere to this phase in order to be successful in your weight loss goal! This Phase is vitally important. You should begin to eat everything from all food groups with the exception of starches, breads and grains and pastas,and sugar. Do not skip meals or try not to eat. You must eat every 3 hours or so in order for your metabolism to be retrained. Those who refrain from eating or skip meals will do damage to your metabolism and mess up your weight loss. It can actually make you gain instead of maintain. You will eat smaller quantites than before which is fine but you must not skip meals or count calories or do without healthy fats. They also must be added back to this phase of the diet.
